If Government restrictions due to Covid-19 means you cannot travel to North Stradbroke Island because we are in lockdown or you are travelling from an active hotspot area, you will receive a FULL REFUND (less the booking fee). If you are unable to travel for Covid reasons, then we require notification in writing. If a lockdown occurs and all non-essential travel to and from the island is cancelled following Government directive, we will notify guests as soon as possible to rearrange travel dates or cancel the booking and organise a refund.
