This 2-bedroom property is fully fenced, making it perfect for small children and pets, with ample room down the side of the house for multiple cars, or a car and boat if you want to take advantage of Tally-Ho’s close proximity to the Amity boat ramp. The cosy open plan living, dining and kitchen area are great for spending time with loved ones after a day at the beach or out on the water, with screened louvres allowing the sea breezes to flow throughout the space. The two air-conditioners provide year-round comfort.
The external bathroom offers a large shower to wash away the salt and sand with a separate toilet. Please note that the bathroom is not attached to the house and is located at the back of the yard, just the way they used to be! A front loader washing machine is located in the external laundry and the BBQ is undercover in the single carport.
All amenities are within walking distance, including the public jetty and swimming enclosure, Old School Park with half basketball court, tennis court and playground, Sealevel 21 Restaurant and the Amity General Store is a short stroll down the end of the street.
Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels.
