Sand Dweller Villa, located at Allure Resort, Point Lookout, is the perfect little getaway property from which to explore Straddie and everything our beautiful island has to offer. Sleeping a maximum of 4 guests with a queen bed in the open plan loft area and a further 2 guests via a pull out bed in the chaise lounge. This villa also has a modern bathroom with hair dryer, built-in laundry facilities and an alfresco deck off the living area, complete with BBQ, outdoor furniture and surrounded by lush gardens.
The funky modern interiors are filled with natural light and the large reverse cycle air-conditioning unit and ceiling fan provide year-round comfort. Sand Dwellers features a kitchenette with dual electric stovetop, fridge with small freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Relax and indulge in this resort style, architecturally designed property complete with TV, and Foxtel (with access to premium sports and movie package), Marley audio speaker and acoustic guitar for the musically inclined.
There is one off-street car space provided with this villa. Communal resort facilities are available for guest use including the resort pool and gymnasium. Please note resort rules apply when using the facilities. There is also an on-site cafe called 'Straddie Eats' open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch. Sand Dweller is centrally located at Point Lookout, within walking distance to the local Straddie Hotel to enjoy a cold beverage or two and is positioned right next door to the Bowls Club, open seven days a week. Enjoy a round of Barefoot Bowls and counter meals available for lunch and dinner. Pets are not permitted within this villa.
