Centrally located in Amity opposite Seashells Cafe within short walking distance to rock wall for fishing Amity beach jetty safe swimming enclosure boat ramp & all amenities. Large private side verandah with gas BBQ for outdoor entertainment. Indoor entertainment includes Foxtel full viewing. Sleeping up to 8 people this home would suit a small or large family or small group holiday. If combined with its twin Birches2 located directly behind it would be ideal for the extended family or large group holiday. Free WIFI is available for those needing or wanting connection. All living areas are located downstairs in air conditioned comfort with a spacious open plan living/dining/ kitchen with gas cooktop electric oven microwave dishwasher & 2 door frig. Large sliding doors open from the kitchen directly to the outdoor entertainment area. The design of the downstairs area thoughtfully includes a 3rd toilet & direct internal access into the garage. The laundry has an auto washing machine & dryer. An internal staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms upstairs including master brm with ensuite air/con walk-in robe & north facing balcony catching cooling summer breezes & warm winter sun. The other 3 brms each have built-in robes & ceiling fans. There is also a large bathroom with separate bath & shower.
