This large 2 storey house is basic Waterfront accommodation with stunning views across Moreton Bay and Moreton Island. Recline with a book a cold beer or glass of wine and enjoy stunning afternoon sunsets watch the dolphins and turtles play on your doorstep or wander downstairs and across the front yard to fish from the rock wall area which is shared with adjacent house Crustys 2.

This 4 bedroom 2 storey brick house sleeps 8 people and is centrally located in Amity Point village directly behind the Amity General Store and within walking distance of all amenities. Upstairs comprises of 2 bedrooms, separate shower & toilet and open plan kitchen/dining/living area opening onto the waterfront verandah as well as the rear covered entertainment deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. An internal hardwood timber staircase leads downstairs to another 2 bedrooms shower & toilet laundry and large living room opening directly onto the waterfront.

Dogs are also welcome strictly outside in the securely fenced rear yard area. There is room for parking cars and boats on-street directly outside the entry gate to the property. There is no access for cars into the yard or shed.

NB: there are air conditioners at this property but they are not available for guest use.  The property is not insect screened.
