The upper level offers 3 bedrooms all with queen beds, as well as main bath room with combined shower / bath and toilet. All bedrooms have French doors with access direct onto the veranda. With a wicker outdoor lounge setting, this is the perfect spot to catch the prevailing NE & SE sea breezes carrying the calming sounds of the ocean.

Downstairs is the fourth bedroom with queen bed, as well as lounge with TV and DVD player, radio, dining room and large open plan kitchen. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, large double door fridge/freezer, gas stove, range hood and wine rack. This level is also air-conditioned for guests comfort.

Leading off the kitchen is a second bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as separate laundry and storage area. The downstairs also offers front and rear patio seating for afternoon BBQs. The large yard is gated and securely fenced perfect for pets and small children. The property is also fully screened and has ceiling fans throughout.

With the beach just a few strides away there is no reason for not dipping your toes in the surf every day if you wish – only a 10 minute walk onto Flinders Beach or a 5 drive via the 4WD access track.  Being located in Chettle Street, the property is approx. 1 km from all local amenities.
