In addition to offering great meals, the Amity Point Community Club is a good option for families. And at Dunwich, choose from a large menu at the Little Ship Club, right on the water's edge. There's even a BBQ area and kid's playground to ensure families are well catered for. Lime Leaf at the RSL Club offers dine in or take-away asian cuisine that has proved very popular with visitors and locals alike. 

Picnics and BBQs

With driving, bushwalking and cycling trails across North Stradbroke, it makes sense that there are also picnic and BBQ facilities at several locations. Enjoy immersing yourself in the stunning scenery, then relaxing with a lunchtime feast. There are picnic tables and BBQ facilities located at Old Ballow Park in Dunwich, at Cabarita Park in Amity, and near Point Lookout, you can choose from Adder Rock, Point Lookout Oval, Headlands Park and Cylinders Beach. Heading inland to explore the lakes? There's a walking trail around Brown Lake and picnic facilities as well. Just be sure to take your own water.
