This newly refurbished Unit, sleeps 6 and is perfect holiday home for smaller families or couples. This unit has 2 bedrooms, the main with a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Ceiling fans are installed throughout, as well as a reverse cycle air conditioner located in the central living room, effectively servicing the unit including the bedrooms. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and the Villa is fully screened for guest's comfort. Please note: There is one step up into the main bedroom, kitchen and three steps to the toilet.
The Unit features both an indoor and outdoor kitchen including 2 fridges, and a good sized BBQ. There is no internal dining but you can enjoy alfresco dining on the covered patio with lounge seating in that zone as well. The yard is fenced making it safe for small children and we would recommend only small to medium dogs as the yard is small with only hard surfaces.
The tastefully decorated lounge area offers a a koala lounge which folds out to a double bed for extra sleeping, this lovely light space is air conditioned for extra comfort. Off the lounge you will find the newly renovated bathroom with shower over bath and three steps take you up to the separate toilet. There is a outdoor hot and cold shower at the rear of the unit where you can wash off the salt and sand after a day at one of Straddie's stunning beaches.
A Koastal Memory Unit is walking distance to all amenities: fish off the rock wall at the end of the street with a beautiful view out to Moreton Island when the sunsets (with a glass of wine), walk along native forest track and through Koala habitat to a beautiful white sandy beach. Short walk to the shop, the Amity Tavern, Cabarita Park, the Jetty, and the Amity Point Swimming Enclosure. If you are keen you can walk to the Amity Point Community Club, have a bite to eat, a cool drink, or a game of pool.
Smoking is permitted outside. Off street parking is available for a single vehicle.
