Four good-size bedrooms accommodate 2 queen beds and 5 singles, ideal for large families or average size groups. This top floor unit has ceiling fans throughout for guests comfort, while the wide covered verendahs catch the prevailing gentle sea breezes, inviting relaxed outdoor entertainment with family and friends. There is room for the kids to entertain themselves in the landscaped garden and lawn area.

Centrally located in Amity village, After Hours 1 is a mere 400m walk to white sandy beaches and 100m to the bay side rockwall for fishing, snorkelling or sitting and bathing in the sublime sunset over Moreton Bay Marine Park. This and much more all within minutes walking distance including popular Seashells Cafe/Bar tennis courts childrens playground, the Amity shop and all other amenities.

Literally 50m across the street from this unit you can wander along the track to the beach and be amazed by the regular sight of koalas in the eucalyptus trees. At the end of the street at sunrise and sunset you can sit and be entertained by pods of wild Dolphins playing and feeding. Where else can you find these special holiday treats on your doorstep? Fresh linen is supplied with all bookings and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and teatowels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels. If you wish the beds to be made on arrival, please upgrade to the premium linen package during the online booking process or advise our staff when you book over the phone.
