RELAX IN STYLE - secluded and private at the end of a quiet culdesac and nestled amongst the native melaleuca and cypress forest is 'Amiri' ('of the East wind'). A contemporary North Stradbroke Island beach house, cleverly designed for outdoor living, capturing the northerly aspect and native forest setting.

Expandable doorways on 2 sides of the living/dining room area open onto hardwood timber decks overlooking the very private rear courtyard. Tastefully and comfortably furnished there is no escaping the island and beach context. The kitchen features contemporary European appliances for your holiday convenience complete with dishwasher and microwave. The large island bench overlooks the living/dining areas, allowing guests to freely interact and enjoy the space together.

The master bedroom is a private sanctuary, accessable via a breezeway, complete with ensuite and a large picture window framing the adjoining native bushland. A large sliding glass door opens directly onto the rear deck and courtyard. The other 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles, comfortably sleep another 4 guests and are serviced by the second bathroom.

But in this setting your holiday will centre around the outdoor entertainment area, completely screened off from neighbours with a generous sized gas BBQ. Walking tracks lead from the courtyard through the forest, taking guests directly to the beach. The sound of the ocean is ever-present on the gentle sea breezes filtered through the surrounding trees.

An over-sized carport with direct access from the street front accommodates more than 1 vehicle or a large tinnie. The fully fenced yard provides peace of mind for the young family on holidays. Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
