“Amity Escape” is one of our newest holiday properties (2017), this beautifully renovated home is truly going to make your holiday extra special. Situated in a quiet cul de sac the position is prime, stunning views over the bay, and only a short stroll to the beach, restaurant, shop, safe swimming enclosure and jetty.

The upstairs air conditioned living areas are designed for entertaining, with the galley style kitchen and open plan lounge / dining areas opening on to the expansive hardwood deck. Enjoy the views over the bay to the mainland and Moreton Island and the amazing sunsets over the water. The deck offers a variety of seating options, sensor operated blinds, large smart TV and ceiling fans. Entertainers 6 burner, all plate BBQ and complimented by the WEBER for an afternoon roast. The galley style kitchen features quality appliances including dishwasher, the servery window only adds to your entertaining experience. Plush L shaped lounge means you can relax in comfort, the property also features free WIFI.

Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests this house would be a pleasure to stay in. The master bedroom upstairs features an ensuite, smart TV an extra single bed and is air conditioned. The other two bedrooms offer multiple sleeping arrangements; the second bedroom upstairs features a queen, futon, smart tv and air conditioned.

Downstairs is the play area with a media room, including yet another smart tv and rumpus room with full size pool table. Third bedroom with queen and single beds has private ensuite and is air conditioned. There is a fourth toilet and shower in the laundry and a utility room to safely store the excess toys like surfboards, kayaks and dive gear. Outside shower means you can wash off the salt before relaxing on the deck.

The gardens are fully landscaped, with plenty of space to park a boat and undercover parking for the car. Book your stay now.

Some extras you may need to know there is an automatic watering system which comes on every morning at 5.30am.  Please note this is bore water and best to ensure cars, boats or any toys are not parked in an area where sprinklers water. Please note this property is unfortunately not pet friendly.
