This contemporary waterfront beach house has spectacular water views over the bay and water access behind Old School House Park. As an added bonus pets (SMALL DOGS ONLY SUBJECT TO AGENT APPROVAL) are welcome but strictly outside in the rear securely fenced area.

This house sleeps 8 with a queen bedroom with ensuite, another queen bedroom and a twin single. A futon in the living area offers bedding for an additional two guests. The well appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and large 2 door fridge. A comfortable open plan dining and lounge area opens out on to the large rear deck to perfectly capture the stunning water views of Moreton Bay.  The partially covered deck comes complete with a large outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, perfect for summer alfresco dining and entertaining. The property offers ceiling fans throughout for summer comfort and undercover parking for two vehicles. Please note that the driveway is not ideal for manoeuvring or parking a boat.

Amity Seaside is located near Seashells Cafe and is a short walk to the park, Amity General Store, Toompany Beach and all all other amenities.  Perfect for the family holiday. Relax and enjoy a wine while watching spectacular Amity sunsets or watch the kids on the swings in the park. Dolphins pass on a regular basis and koalas frequent the nearby trees.
