Amity Seaside is a contemporary waterfront house with spectacular water views over Moreton Bay, sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. With direct rock wall frontage, you are able to wet a line while watching spectacular Amity sunsets or the marine life swim by.

The well-appointed kitchen offers a dishwasher, gas stove, large 2 door fridge and breakfast bar. With open plan living/dining, flowing through the large bi-fold doors onto the expansive deck, complete with BBQ, outdoor setting and outdoor lounge, outdoor entertaining has never been so easy or enjoyable!

Offering 3 bedrooms with the master having a queen bed and ensuite, the second with a queen and third with two singles. A futon is available in the lounge area for an additional 2 guests. The main bathroom offers a combined bath and shower with separate toilet.

Amity Seaside has ceiling fans throughout for guests comfort. As an added bonus pets are welcome but strictly outside in the rear securely fenced area. The property offers undercover parking for two vehicles.

Being centrally located the house is walking distance to Sea Shells Café, parks, Shop and swimming enclosure – or you can sit back and watch the dolphins swim by and observe koalas in the nearby trees.

Please note, there is NO Wifi at this property.

Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and teatowels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels. If you wish the beds to be made on arrival, please upgrade to the premium linen package during the online booking process or advise our staff when you book over the phone.
