As an added bonus pets (SMALL DOGS ONLY SUBJECT TO AGENT APPROVAL) are welcome but strictly outside in the rear securely fenced area. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with bath) and sleeps 8. Comfortable open plan dining and lounge opening on to deck with stunning views.  Well appointed kitchen has dishwasher, gas stove and large 2 door fridge.  Huge deck with large outdoor setting perfect for summer alfresco dining and entertaining. Ceiling fans throughout for summer comfort. House is located near Seashells Cafe and close to the park and guests can walk everywhere as property is close to shops, and the beach.  Undercover parking for 2 cars - not really ideal for maneuvering or parking a boat. Perfect for the family holiday. Relax and enjoy a wine while watching spectacular Amity sunsets or watch the kids on the swings in the park.
