Sleeping a maximum 8 people Birches 2 offers 4 bedrooms on the upper level with master bedroom having a queen bed, ensuite, air-conditioning and Juliette balcony. The second bed room offers a queen with the third and fourth bedrooms offering two singles each. All bedrooms are fully screened and have ceiling fans. The main bathroom is also located on the upper level with shower, bath and separate toilet.

The downstairs area offers a contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, gas cook top, range hood, double sink, large fridge/freezer and breakfast bar for additional seating. With open plan design the kitchen and dining area leads directly to the living area with flat screen TV, DVD player and Foxtel. The property has free WIFI available for guests use, as well as being air-conditioned within the main living area. This level also has laundry, third toilet and internal access to the garage.

Large sliding doors opening from the kitchen lead directly to the outdoor entertainment area, with seating and BBQ for nights on the deck. Birches 2 offers a private fully fenced courtyard, and pets are welcome outside only.

Birches 2 has a single lockup, remote controlled garage, as well as second off street car space at the side of the house. As this property is shared with Birches 1, please do not park within the driveway as this is a communal area.  Additional street parking is available.

Both Birches 1 and 2 are within walking distance to Sea Shells Café, Amity Point General Dealers, Post Office, swimming enclosure and all public parks.
