This house is in a quiet street in the Flinders Beach community, very close to 4WD beach access and about a 5 minute drive from the Amity Point township. Located in a lovely bush setting, this property is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. There are large covered decks at the front & rear of property with gas BBQ & outdoor setting for 8 people, making it perfect for outdoor entertaining. The fenced back yard it suitable for small dogs (outside only). The house sleeps a maximum of 10 guests, the first bedroom offering a Queen bed, the second with 2 X tri-bunks and one single bed and the third bed with a double bed and one set of single bunks.
The kitchen/dining/ living room is open plan with air conditioning and ceiling fans for guest comfort and the living area offers a TV, DVD and CD player. The neat and tidy kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, Espresso coffee maker and large fridge. The bathroom has a bath with separate shower and a separate toilet and the laundry offers a top loader washing machine and dryer. Plenty of off street parking.
