The focus here is on private outdoor dining & relaxation on the covered back deck in a quiet setting only minutes walk from bayside and beaches.Neat and tidy kitchen with ample cupboard and bench space with electric stove and microwave.  Insect screens are installed on all windows and doors. This house is centrally located in Amity village a short walk to the Bayside for fishing & enjoying sunsets over Moreton Bay dog friendly beach playground Seashells Cafe/Bar Amity shop & other amenities. The large carport 3.1m roof height has room for a car & boat or 2 cars. The fully fenced back yard is secure for children and pets (dogs strictly outside thank you). This is an ideal holiday house for an average size family up to 6 guests in three bedrooms with 2 x Queen,  and 2 x Single beds with built-ins in the main bedroom and ceiling fans throughout for summer comfort.
