The first bedroom is located downstairs with a queen and the upstairs loft area offers 2 comfortable double beds, flat screen TV and X-Box. The large main bedroom leads off the loft area and offers a king size bed. Quaint bay window seats allow some quiet time to reflect and relax.
Sleeping a maximum of 8 guests this holiday home also offers 2 x flat screen TV's, X-Box for the kids, Netflix for everyone, an outside shower to wash off the beach sand and a fully fenced yard so you can bring your pet.
With only a minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, local store, jetty, swimming enclosure and all other amenities, means you can park the car, stop and recharge the batteries and enjoy the laid back ambiance of Amity.

Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and teatowels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels. If you wish the beds to be made on arrival, please upgrade to the premium linen package during the booking process or advise our staff when you book over the phone.
