A spacious modern 3 level home completed in Nov 2013 and conveniently located in the heart of Amity Point village directly opposite The Amity Tavern, central playground and tennis courts. Glimpses of Moreton Bay are available from the private top level balcony opening off the master bedroom. All 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the top level accessed by internal stairs from the level 2 open plan living/dining/kitchen. This area expands through bi-fold doors onto the covered outdoor entertainment area with gas BBQ.

Sleeping up to 6 guests this home would suit a small or average family or small group holiday. The master bedroom has a Queen bed large wall mounted TV & walk-in robe. In the other 2 bedrooms there is another Queen bed and 2 Single beds with built-in robes. Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms and the living room for guest comfort. Front and rear external stairs provide access from street level and carport to level 2.

The design of the 2nd level living area thoughtfully includes a 2nd toilet adjacent to the laundry. The kitchen is equipped with an Aldi Espresso coffee machine so don't forget to pack your Aldi Espresso pods.

From the house it is only minutes walking distance to rock wall for fishing Amity beach jetty safe bay side swimming enclosure boat ramp Amity General Store & all amenities. The yard is not securely fenced and there is no provision for dogs.

Please note, there is NO WIFI at this property. 

Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and teatowels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels. If you wish the beds to be made on arrival, please upgrade to the premium linen package during the booking process or advise our staff when you book over the phone.
